Texas Judge Ordering Obama’s Top Administration Officials to Court

Texas is fighting back against President Obama and his administration's negligence to follow to law.

Judge Andrew Hanen ordered the following Obama officials to appear in his courtroom: commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, R. Gil Kerlikowske, director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Leon Rodriquez, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary, Jeh Johnson, deputy chief of U.S. Border Patrol, U.S. Customs and Border of Protection, Ronald D. Vitiello and director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Sarah R. Saldana.

Hanen also warned the government if violations have not been corrected by the end of the month:

the only logical conclusion is that the Government needs a stronger motivation to comply with lawful orders.

Hanen was the Texas judge who ordered an injunction against Obama's illegal amnesty executive order. Since then, approximately 2,000 individuals were given various benefits by the Obama administration. By doing so it was a direct violation to his order. They know very well if they start the ball rolling no court will be able to reverse it and Hanen is not letting them get away with it.

Governor Gregg Abbott (TX-R) was on Fox News' The Kelly File to talk about it.

Gov. Abbott said:

It seems like this area of the Obama administration believes it is above the law and does not have to comply with it and in doing so is putting American's in harm's way.

He also pointed out:

I'm a former judge in Texas Supreme Court justice. It is highly extraordinary for a judge to order someone of the level of Jay Johnson to come into court and answer for their conduct. So, this is highly unusual. And this is happening only because the Obama administration has disrespectfully disregarded a direct court order to stop giving out these work permits in violation of the law.
