Texas woman arrest for threatening to spread COVID-19

People do the stupidest things to get attention, and often land themselves in jail after their fifteen minutes of fame are up.

This is exactly what happened to 18-year-old Lorrain Maradiaga, who was arrested for making terroristic threats of wanting to spread the deadly COVID-19 virus to unsuspecting Texans.

The young and dumb Maradiaga took to Snapchat to post videos of herself claiming to be at a Walmart doing the deed of spreading the virus.

"I'm here at Walmart about to infest every [expletive] because if I'm going down, all you [expletive] are going down," she said in the video.

After her arrest on a third-degree felony charge, Maradiaga told police that she didn’t have the virus, but didn’t the court from ordering her to quarantine.

Maradiaga’s bond is set at $20,000.
