Biden Bores Cruz to Sleep During Joint Address to Congress

President Joe Biden's much-anticipated "Joint Address" to Congress was expectedly long and "boring," but don't take our word for it, just ask Senator Ted Cruz (R), who was caught taking a cat nap during the speech. Sen. Cruz called Biden's speech "Boring but radical" as he fought to keep his eyelids open.

“For the millions of Americans who found something better to do tonight than listen to Joe Biden outline his socialist vision for our country, I can summarize his speech in three words for you: boring, but radical," stated Sen. Cruz.

President Biden's address outlined his big-government agenda.

"I'm not out to punish anyone," said Biden. "But I will not add to the tax burden of the middle class of this country."

Biden then said that "the Americans Jobs Plan is a blue-collar blueprint to build America," and that "it recognizes something I've always said: Wall Street didn't build this country. The middle class built this country. And unions built the middle class."
