Trump Endorses Van Duyne in Reelection Bid

After endorsing Texas Rep. Wesley Hunt (R) for reelection, President Donald Trump (R) has endorsed Texas Rep. Beth Van Duyne (R) in her own reelection bid. Rep. Van Duyne has been a staunch supporter of the president, and as President Trump appears to be the presumptive nominee for the 2024 election, she welcomes the endorsement and looks forward to working with the president.

Taking to social media, Rep. Van Duyne shared the endorsement, showing that President Trump praised the work she has done for her district. The president commented that she is “doing a fantastic job” for her congressional district.

“A former appointee in my Administration, Beth is working hard to Secure our Border, Support our Military, Grow our Economy, Protect our Rights and Liberties, Defend our Second Amendment, and Champion Conservative values,” the president detailed in his endorsement.

“Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne is an original Member of my Texas Elected Leadership Team, and she has my Complete and Total Endorsement,” President Trump added.

In response to the endorsement, Rep. Van Duyne signaled that President Trump will be the Republican nominee, and that she is looking forward to helping Republicans gain the White House in November. Despite Ambassador Nikki Haley (R) still being in the race, a majority of Republican lawmakers appear to have crowded behind President Trump.

“Joe Biden and the radical left have wreaked havoc on the economy, the border, and the world is descending into chaos and war,” Rep. Van Duyne expressed in her response, adding that she is “honored to have President Trump’s endorsement and look forward to working with him so we can defeat Joe Biden and Make America Great Again!”

Rep. Van Duyne has been a vocal proponent of addressing the issues pertaining to the southern border, which is an issue that has been a staple in President Trump’s presidential platform.
