Babin Says Biden 'Neither Qualifies Nor Deserves' Oval Office

Representative Brian Babin (R-TX) released a statement following Special Counsel Robert Hur’s decision to not recommend charges against President Joe Biden (D) for mishandling classified documents.

Within the report, Special Counsel Hur mentioned that the President should not stand trial as his memory is failing him.

Rep. Babin stated that he hopes Americans are “awake” to the competency of President Biden.

“The DOJ has proven Joe Biden is a corrupt liar who violated the law with his mishandling of classified documents,” said Rep. Babin. “The current president has accepted bribes, participated in influence peddling schemes, seditiously damaged our sovereignty and national security for monetary gain, and more.”

He continued, “Yet, he apparently will not be held accountable for any of it because he is ‘a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.’ And outrageously, the DOJ still chooses to continue its double standard of justice by refusing to prosecute Sleepy Joe while aggressively going after Donald Trump.”

Finally, Babin concluded his statement by saying that President Biden “neither qualifies nor deserves” to work in the Oval Office. He also took a shot at Vice President Kamala Harris (D) calling her “equally inept.”

“The DOJ has established that Joe Biden neither qualifies nor deserves to serve as President of the United States. Unfortunately, VP Harris is equally inept. I pray Americans are awake and paying attention to the unacceptable incompetence of our country’s top leaders,” said Babin.

In January, the Lone Star State congressman received an “A+” rating from Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, an anti-abortion group.

He received the rating for his consistent pro-life record, which includes votes concerning 13 pivotal bills to the pro-life organization.

The Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America group wrote that Rep. Babin has “voted consistently to defend the lives of the unborn and infants,” on its official website.

“Rep. Babin has stood up against the ever-growing pro-abortion agenda of the Biden-Harris administration and the radical bureaucrats who are actively working to expand abortion access, resources, and funding. Rep. Babin has voted consistently to defend the lives of the unborn and infants,” the website reads.

It continued, “This includes stopping hard-earned tax dollars from paying for abortion, including abortion travel expenses, whether domestically or internationally, and pushing back on the administration’s extreme abortion executive actions.”

Congressman Babin represents Texas’ 36th Congressional District.
