Trump Frees 6 American Hostages Held in Venezuela

President Donald Trump has announced that after sending Envoy for Special Missions Ric Grenell to personally deliver a message to Dictator Nicolas Maduro, demanding the release of Americans being detained in Venezuela, 6 "hostages" were released and flew back with Grenell.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio was quick to respond to President Trump's announcement of the hostage release on social media, stating, "This is what @POTUS’ America First leadership accomplishes. Welcome home!"
