Groisman LLC Adds EJ Kimball as Senior Advisor for Federal Affairs

Miami-based government affairs and strategic advisory firm Groisman LLC announced that EJ Kimball has joined the firm as Senior Advisor for Federal Affairs, strengthening the firm’s expanding presence in Washington as demand for its federal advocacy work continues to grow.

Kimball will advise the firm and its clients on federal strategy, congressional engagement, and agency relationships, supporting companies operating in sectors including technology, cybersecurity, defense, and infrastructure.

Founded by attorney and former Bal Harbour Mayor Gabe Groisman, Groisman LLC has experienced significant growth as companies increasingly seek integrated government affairs strategies that connect federal engagement with state and local advocacy.

“I’ve known EJ for many years and have always viewed him as a consummate professional who understands how Washington works and how to deliver results for clients,” Groisman said. “As our firm continues to grow and our clients pursue more opportunities at the federal level, EJ is the perfect fit to help expand our presence in Washington and strengthen the work we’re doing on their behalf.”

Kimball said he was excited to join the firm during a period of rapid expansion.

“Groisman LLC has built a strong reputation for thoughtful strategy and trusted counsel,” Kimball said. “I’m excited to work with Gabe and the team as the firm continues to grow its federal practice while supporting a dynamic and expanding client base.”

Groisman LLC represents companies across sectors including national security, advanced technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and energy, providing strategic advisory and government affairs services before federal, state, and select local governments.
