Palm Beach, Florida – In light of the alarming rise in antisemitism across the United States, businessman Niv Jacobi convened an emergency meeting with influential leaders and members of the community at Malka Restaurant in West Palm Beach, Florida. During the gathering, Jewish and non-Jewish participants discussed emergency funding initiatives and support for advancing legislation aimed at decisively combating the growing wave of antisemitism.
Baroness Tracy Turco Di Salonia, an Italian baroness residing in Palm Beach who participated in the emergency meeting, stated:
“If Israel did not exist, I have no doubt that the Jewish people would be facing a second Holocaust. We must strengthen Israel, strengthen the Jewish community, and contribute to public advocacy and education, because immense harm is being done to our friends in the Jewish community every single day through podcasts, television, and universities — in a way that places them at risk of violence and undermines America’s national security.”
Among those in attendance were Sharon Bush, Yair Netanyahu, members of the Tisch family, and many others.
Niv Jacobi stated:
“Violence in America driven by hatred threatens our homeland security. No one should hate a Jew simply because he is Jewish, and the same principle applies to every group and every community. We must come together, initiate gatherings like these, take decisive action, and stand united as one society against violence and antisemitism.”
Jacobi, who serves as President of The Meaning Channel Group, previously initiated a prime-time television special on the subject in Israel last July featuring Paula White–Cain alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as well as a similar gathering held at the White House earlier this January.
