HydroGraph Expands Texas Operations, John Carter Tours new Graphene Hub

HydroGraph Clean Power has opened its Texas headquarters in Austin. It is advancing a large-scale graphene manufacturing facility in Bellville, positioning the company to become a major domestic supplier of advanced materials for defense, energy, aerospace, and manufacturing industries.

HydroGraph Clean Power announced a major milestone in its U.S. growth strategy with the full opening of its Texas headquarters in Austin and continued development of a commercial graphene manufacturing facility in Bellville.

The company hosted Congressman John Carter (R), congressional staff, industry leaders, and strategic partners for the first full tour of its Austin operations, which serve as both a graphene development center and manufacturing hub.

HydroGraph's Austin facility is designed to produce up to 30 tons of pristine graphene annually, supporting commercialization efforts and customer engagement across multiple industries.

Large-scale manufacturing is planned in Bellville

HydroGraph is also moving forward with its commercial-scale manufacturing site in Bellville, Texas, which is expected to begin operations in 2027.

Phase one of the facility is designed to produce 360 tons of graphene annually, with future expansion capacity exceeding 750 tons per year.

The company says the project will help meet growing demand for graphene industries including:

Congressman John Carter toured the Austin facility and met with HydroGraph leadership to discuss how advanced materials could strengthen American manufacturing and national security.
