McCaul Warns That China Could Take Taiwan If U.S. Shows Weakness

As the expected terrorist attack against U.S. Servicemen and civilians at the Kabul International Airport has occurred, it is clear that America’s enemies have once again been emboldened by President Joe Biden’s new foreign policy, and could push China to make bolder moves.

“Our allies don’t trust us, our enemies don’t fear us. It’s a disgrace,” said Rep. Michael McCaul during a phone interview with Texas Politics.

Biden has reverted to negotiating with the terrorist Taliban group, who have already received the support of Communist China.

China’s interest in Afghanistan is probably to mine the “rare minerals” that lie within that country.

Rep.McCaul, who is the ranking Republican in the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said that China was “going to rape the land” and will invest “into terror financing.”

The suicide bombing that has killed 10 Marines and injured 3 others is part of the rise of terrorism McCaul and other leaders have warned would occur with the hasty and ill-planned evacuation effort.

McCaul also warned Taiwan, saying that because Biden has shown weakness in Afghanistan, that the same could happen in Asia.

“If I were Taiwan after seeing what this president did, I’d be very nervous,” said McCaul. The only way we are keeping the CCP out of Taiwan is through military deterrence.”

McCaul also added that “If there is any weakness on that” the Chinese government would “certainly take Taiwan.

Biden’s mental state continues to be called in and more and more Republicans are calling for him to resign, some even calling for the 25th Amendment to be put into effect.

“This is reminiscent of Jimmy Carter, where you are projecting weakness, and weakness invites aggression. He’s not negotiation out of strength, but weakness,” concluded McCaul.
