House Republicans to Jump Over Normandy on 80th Anniversary of D-Day

Well,. it was supposed to be a secret until all of the House Republicans were requalified to jump out of an airplane but leave it to Rep. Michael Waltz (R) to spill the beans about a historic jump that former military members will make on June 6 over Normandy.

"In Palatka getting ready to jump out of original C-47 transport planes over Normandy for the 80th anniversary of D-Day with fellow veterans in Congress. June can’t come soon enough," stated Rep. Waltz.

According to one member, who may or may not be named Rep. Cory Mills, a group of members of the House of Representatives were invited to jump out of an original C-47 transport plane to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

The plan was very hush-hush for weeks.

All members except for Rep. Derrick Van Orden (former Navy Seal) appear to have jumped this past weekend.

According to Rep. Mills, the jump almost didn't take place due to unfavorable wind conditions, but in the end, the group decided to jump anyways, regardless of the higher than expected winds.

Just look at Rep. Ronny Jackson's hair. Rep. Jackson's usually slicked back hair was a mess before they even jumped.

Reps. Dan Crenshaw (Navy Seal), Darrell Issa (Army), Mark Green (Army were also among those who jumped.
