Crenshaw Says Voting Trump is 'a Return to Peace'

On the eve of Election Night, Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R) is issuing a stark warning. For him, the 2024 election is "a clear choice between four years of Trump and four years of Harris." Describing Vice President Kamala Harris (D) as "chaos," Rep. Crenshaw posited that voting for President Trump is "a return to peace."

A record-number of Americans have voted early either in-person or through mail-in ballots, and the rest of the United States will head to the polls tomorrow to cast their ballot and decide the fate of the country.

Before they vote, Rep. Crenshaw is making a final plea to voters, drawing a distinction between four years under a Trump Administration and four years under a Harris Administration.

"Under Trump, we saw real wages rise and inflation held steady at 1.9%, giving families a real shot at getting ahead," he explained in a social media post. In contrast, "in the first year and a half of the Biden-Harris administration, inflation spiked from 1.4% to 9.1%, crushing real wages as costs surged."

On the border, which is an issue that has been at the forefront of the presidential election, Rep. Crenshaw argues that "Trump delivered a secure border and reduced illegal immigration to record lows." "Now, under 'Border Czar' Harris, illegal immigration has soared to unprecedented levels, peaking at over 300,00 entries last December, with more than 8 million illegal migrants entering the country since then," the Texas congressman added. "This surge has fueled increases in fentanyl trafficking and human smuggling."

Rep. Crenshaw also points out that Vice President Harris would be disastrous for foreign policy, noting that "Trump brought strength and stability to the world stage - defeating ISIS, brokering the Abraham Accords, and applying maximum pressure on adversaries like Iran."

"The choice is clear," he concluded, questioning, "do you want a return to peace, prosperity, and security under Trump? Or do you want four more years of chaos under Kamala?"
