Dustin Burrows Fires General Counsel Amid Allegations of Improper Influence

Texas House Speaker Dustin Burrows (R) has dismissed his General Counsel, Jimmy Skipton IV, following allegations that Skipton was directing legislative actions to benefit his wife’s lobbying clients.
