Ronny Jackson Links Radicalization to Left-Wing Rhetoric

U.S. Texas Congressman and former White House physician Representative Ronny Jackson (R) joined Newsmax host Rob Finnerty to discuss last week's assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

Jackson argued that the shooter's radicalization stemmed from psychiatric issues tied to transgender identity and was fueled by left-wing rhetoric.

He claimed that Democrats and liberal media have "taken advantage" of vulnerable individuals, framing them as victims while fostering anger and aggression. He linked this climate to the assassins reported anti-Fascist (Antifa) and related trans-related writings, calling the incident part of a broader wave of domestic terrorism encouraged by progressives.

Questioned by Finnerty on whether political rhetoric plays a role, Jackson directly blamed Democratic leaders.

"Every single one of those people...are directly responisble for the murder of Charlie Kirk," said Jackson.

He argued that figures on the left have "planted the seed" of violence with repeated claims that President Donald Trump (R) is a fascist.

Jackson also backed Trump's call to revisit institutionalized mental health care, saying Congress should explore reopening mental facilities and restrict doctors from performing gender transition treatments on minors.

"We have to treat these people, we have to get them off the streets, and we have to get them off the internet," said Jackon, warning of a growing "cancer" spreading across the country.

The remarks highlight how Republicans are framing the Kirk assassination as a symtom of cultural and political divides, specifically pitting left-wing rhetoric and transgender issues against calls for stricter oversight and institutional reform.
