U.S. Senator John Cornyn marked the first anniversary of the Working Families Tax Cuts Act, highlighting provisions he says have benefited Texas families, strengthened border security, supported small businesses, and funded key state priorities.
Sen. John Cornyn celebrated one year since President Donald Trump signed the Working Families Tax Cuts Act into law, calling it a landmark achievement that has allowed Texans to keep more of their income while investing in border security and other priorities.
In a post on X, Cornyn said he was proud to help write and vote for the legislation.

Sen. Cornyn continued: "I was proud to help craft and then vote in favor of this landmark legislation that has allowed Texans to keep more of their hard-earned money, protected families from a massive tax hike, helped secure our border, and put Texas first."
