Because the  State of Texas has the strongest economy in the U.S., many Americans are relocating to the Lone Star state looking for better job opportunities, escape paying such absorbent taxes like those found in California, and for those tasty Texas tacos.

Republican congressional nominee Beth Van Duyne, who is running in a tight race against a very Progressive Democrat opponent, wants those Californians leaving the Golden State to not “vote for the same kind of liberal politicians who ruined” their state economy and reminded them about those famous tacos.

"If you have moved from California, please don't vote for the same kind of liberal politicians who ruined your economy," tweeted Vand DuyneJust remember, our tacos are better; our people are nicer and our job market is stronger. And we’d like to keep it that way. #TX24

Texas is the home of some pretty darn good-tasting Mexican food, but are the tacos better than those found in Texas, and are Texans nicer than Californians?

Californians and Texans will argue that they have better tasting Tacos, but when it comes to who is nicer, well, Texas has California beat.

In 2018 alone, some 86,164 California residents moved to Texas, most of those having relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including the congressional district 24 where Van Duyne is running in.

The huge influx of new residents is suspected to be one of the reasons why Texas, the one solid red state is turning purple.

In the meantime, remember to eats treat yourself to some good ole Texas tacos.
