FIC Partners Management announced it has acquired Perfect Power LLC, the developer, owner, and operator of the Jaguar Energy Center, a large-scale battery energy storage and solar platform serving one of the fastest-growing regions in the Texas electric grid.

The acquisition positions FIC to continue expanding the project while pursuing additional energy infrastructure opportunities to meet growing electricity demand.

Co-Managing Partner Cyrus Aghili said Texas remains one of the nation's strongest long-term energy markets.
