Arlington Family Offices will open a new Texas office at Dallas' historic Old Parkland campus in September, expanding the multi-family office's presence as it continues to serve ultra-high-net-worth families.
When will Arlington open its Dallas office?
Arlington, an independent multi-family office, announced it will open its Texas location at Old Parkland in Dallas in September 2026. The office will become the firm's third location, joining offices in Birmingham, Alabama, and Franklin, Tennessee.
The new Dallas office is located at Endeavor Hall within the Old Parkland campus. Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation records show the firm's office buildout includes approximately 2,028 square feet of interior space.
What services does Arlington provide?
Arlington oversees more than $16 billion in Assets Under Stewardship for 84 families and 870 people, according to the firm. Its services include investment management, wealth management, legacy planning, fiduciary and tax services, and philanthropy.
The firm describes itself as a "Purpose-Governed Family Office" and says its model emphasizes long-term family planning alongside financial management.
Ken Polk, Arlington's CEO and founder, said the Dallas expansion will allow the firm to serve existing Texas clients, develop new relationships and recruit additional employees.
President of Arlington Stephen Rowe: "The continued rise of Dallas and Texas as centers of business, entrepreneurship, and wealth creation makes this an exciting next chapter for Arlington."
Old Parkland is home to nearly 150 companies and more than 1,000 people, including financial services firms and family offices.
The Bottom Line
Arlington's Dallas expansion adds a third location for the multi-family office and establishes a permanent presence in one of the city's established financial and family-office centers.
