Vance clapped back at college students asking the Vice President why he is pushing out policies that hurt immigrants at a TPUSA event.
Vice President JD Vance: "There's too many people who want to come in. My job as vice president is NOT to look out for the interests of the whole world. It's to look out for the people of the United States."
The response follows a series of policies adding more regulations on immigration, such as rule changes for HB-1 visas, TPS ending for Syria and Haiti and other policies nationwide.
The Trump and Vance presidency's focus on immigration and border enforcement continues, as many oppose the new policies.
